Mr. Piekenbrock, the recipient of the 2009 Thayer Lindsey Award & the 2015 Colin Spence Award, respectively for International Discovery for contributions to the Alaskan discoveries of both the giant Donlin Gold (Au) deposit and the high-grade Bornite Copper (Cu) deposit, brings over 35 years of exploration experience to AsiaBaseMetals. Having served as Vice President Exploration ("VP Exploration") for NovaGold for 10 years until 2012, he then served as Senior Vice President Exploration (Sr. VP Exploration") with NovaCopper (name changed to Trilogy Metals) through 2014. Mr. Piekenbrock, having worked extensively both in South America and Alaska, brings a wealth of experience through years of exploration for both Teck Cominco and Placer Dome. Joe holds a B.A. in Geology from the University of Colorado, and an M.Sc. in Economic Geology from the University of Arizona.

Mr. Bob Jacko has more than thirty years of mining experience. During that time, Mr. Jacko has worked for Falconbridge, Cominco (Teck Cominco), Thompson Creek and Tintina Resources Inc. He has spent 14 years as General Manager at numerous mines including the Polaris Mine and Sullivan Mine in Canada for Cominco Ltd., and the Red Dog Mine and Pogo Mine in Alaska for Teck Cominco Ltd. in the USA. During his career, he has been involved with three startups; the most recent was the Pogo Mine in Alaska. Mr. Jacko, a Mining Engineer, is a graduate from Michigan Technological University, having received a bachelor of science in mining engineering (BS. Mining) in 1977.

Yuvraj S. Solanki

Mr. Solanki, an entrepreneur with over 10 years of hands-on mining experience, especially in India and Ethiopia, is a board member and the Executive Director of Sainik Mining and Allied Services Limited. In those capacities, Mr. Solanki played a major role in the drilling, exploration and development of a Potash project (“Danakil Potash Project”) located in the Danakil depression in North-Eastern Ethiopia. Sainik Mining was recently awarded a Mine Development and Operation project (PB Block –located in the state Jharkhand, India), being one of the largest MDO contracts for coal mining in India. The project is anticipated to mine 15 million tonnes of coal annually for the next 25 years. Yuvraj holds a B.A. in Business Studies from the University of De Montfort, Leicester, UK.

Tunaye Sai

Mr. Tunaye Sai has over 40 years of diversified technical and managerial experience in the mining and energy industries. Born and raised in Myanmar (Burma, prior to name change), Tunaye, upon graduating with a Mining Engineering Degree in Burma worked for 15 years with the Burma Ministry of Mines before embarking on providing consulting services to private and public companies in Burma, Malaysia, Thailand, Ecuador, Brazil, Papua New Guinea, France, Italy, Mexico, Indonesia, USA, Venezuela, Canada, and China. Mr. Sai was instrumental in introducing Yunnan Mining Company (a private company headed by Robert Friedland) into China in 1994 and then guiding it through its then resulting mining activities undertaken in China.

Mr. Sai received his Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) from the Rangoon Institute of Technology, Burma, and received a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Administration from the Institute of Economics Rangoon, Burma. Mr. Sai is fluent in Chinese, English, Burmese, Thai, Laos, and Spanish.

Mr. Siniša Žanetić, is the current President, CEO and a Member of the Management Board (Board of Directors) of Lola Ribar d.d., Croatia (2013 – Present), a manufacturer and distributor of medical devices in Croatia and he is the acting President of a medical manufacturers group in the Croatian Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Žanetić is also the founder of Clinical Research Organization serving clients from Asia, EU and USA. (DmA Technologies d.o.o.).

Prior to joining Lola Ribar d.d. he was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Member of the Management Board of PLIVA-TIVA Group, Croatia (2011 - 2013), a global pharmaceutical company. Prior to this position, he was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President of the Management Board of Veneto Bank, Croatia (2010 -2011), Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Member of the management Board Karlovacka Bank, Croatia (2006 - 2010), CFO and Member of the Management Board of Partner Bank, Croatia (2004 - 2006). In addition, Mr. Žanetić was previously CFO and Member of Management Board of Zagreb Insurance Company/Raiffeisnbank, Croatia (2001 - 2004), and a Financial Advisor of Merrill Lynch, USA (2000 – 2001).

Mr. Žanetić's education includes the Finance for Senior Executives (FSE- Certificate Program) from Harvard Business School, USA (2010). Mr. Žanetić received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Lynn University, Boca Raton, Florida, USA (2009) and a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration / Associates of Arts in Business Administration from Northwood University, West Palm Beach, Florida, USA (1995). Mr. Žanetić also received nostrification ofhis Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Zagreb, Croatia (2003).

Goran Ivanišević

Mr. Goran Ivanišević, a Croatian former professional tennis player and current tennis coach, is the only person to win the men's singles title at Wimbledon as a wild-card. Goran achieved this in 2001, having previously been runner-up at the championships in 1992, 1994 and 1998. His career-high singles ranking was world No. 2 in 1994. Goran currently coaches Novak Djokovic, the winner of the 2020 Australian Open Tennis Tournament, who is now a 17-time Grand Slam Champion and currently (2020) ranked world No. 1 in men's singles tennis by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP). Previously, Goran also coached Marin Cilic from September 2013 to July 2016 leading him to the 2014 US Open title.

The International Tennis Hall of Fame recently announced that Goran Ivanišević will be inducted as part of its Class of 2020 on July 18, 2020. Goran will be the first Croatian to receive the honour.

Ms. Iva Majoli is a Croatian former professional tennis player and is the winner of eight (8) Women's Tennis Association ("WTA") singles titles, including the 1997 French Open. Ms. Majoli was named Croatian Sportswoman of the Year in 1994, 1995, 1996, & 1997. Currently, Ms. Majoli, is the Players Representative of the St. Petersburg Ladies Trophy (2016 - current) as well as the Fed Cup Captain of the Croatian national Tennis Team (2012 – Present), and is a WTA Players Board Representative (Board member: 2019 – Current).

Ms. Majoli continues to contribute time and resources to charities; especially dedicated to help children with special needs.

Mr. Vukićc, an entrepreneur with over 25 years of hands-on experience in business, in Canada and Croatia/Europe, in both the construction and agriculture industries currently manages and operates his two successful construction companies in Vancouver and the Lower mainland, British Columbia, Canada. Mr. Vukić also continues to focus on his land holdings and agricultural business activities in Croatia, a member country of the European union ("EU"). A native of Croatia, Mr. Vukić has strong economic and political relationships within Croatia, especially in the agriculture, medical/health and security industry sectors, both at the regional and national levels. Mr. Vukić has in-depth knowledge and understanding of both the civic and national governing bodies of Croatia. Mr. Vukić, prior to immigrating to Canada in 2004, was also a Croatian military employee in special forces under NATO from 1996 through to 2014. Mr. Vukić, co-founded an educational enterprise "Tulipan" a non-profit pre-school educational Centre within Croatia to give back to the community of his origin.

Andrew Bowering

Mr. Bowering has over 30 years of experience in the venture capital and public company arenas primarily in the Mining sector with involvement in projects located around the globe. Andrew is a self-employed management consultant to public companies and has provided services in a variety of management and financial oversight roles. He has held senior executive positions and directorships in numerous public companies involved in mineral exploration in Canada, the United States, Mexico, and China. He has an in-depth knowledge of securities markets, regulatory affairs and investor/public relations. Mr. Bowering has led several large acquisition programs in North America. Mr. Bowering obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science, from the University of British Columbia in 1986.
